    An endorsement is an official amendment to your existing insurance policy — such as correcting a name, changing an address, updating vehicle details, or adding/removing hypothecation. It keeps your policy accurate without needing a new policy.
    Most endorsements are completed within 2–7 working days, depending on the type of change and your insurance company. Simple corrections are often faster; changes like ownership transfer may take slightly longer. We keep you updated at every stage.
    Typically a copy of your current policy and your vehicle's RC (Registration Certificate). Depending on the change, you may also need supporting proof — e.g. an updated RC for registration changes, a bank NOC for hypothecation removal, or an RTO-endorsed RC for fuel type change.
